The location.

The location is awesome. It is right on the beach and had a great view. The staff was nice and courteous.

The hotel is located right on the beach with a beautiful view from the upper deck.
The hotel is old and outdated. The rooms need new carpet and remodel.

The night staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. I felt I was being called a liar. Otherwise, the location and views were amazing.
